levante-vs-real-madrid

Levante will be the next team to test the resolve of Real Madrid in the 2020/21 La Liga campaign when the two teams meet on Sunday.

Madrid will be looking to make it three wins in their last three games having beaten Real Betis and Real Valladolid in their last two games following a 0-0 draw in the opening fixture of the season.

The match scheduled for Sunday afternoon will take place at the Cuidad de Valencia and will be Madrid’s third game away from home so far.

Zinedine Zidane’s side have already taken seven points from the three games played already lying in third position, while Levante have only amassed three points and sit in 13th.

The home side’s only win this season came last weekend after beating Osasuna by three goals to one with their other two games against Valencia and Sevilla ending in defeats.

During the midweek matches, Paco Lopez’s men fell to a last-minute goal against Sevilla to record their second loss of the campaign but will be hoping that the game against Madrid brings a lot of positives.

Los Blancos are yet to display the kind of performances that saw them clinch the La Liga title last season but are beginning to their fitness levels after each game.
