Former Real Madrid forward Hugo Duro will be unavailable for Valencia for this game having joined them this summer on a loan deal. Denis Cheryshev will also miss out on the game through an injury.
For Madrid, Marcelo and Gareth Bale have become the latest to join the injury list, while Mariano Diaz is also on the treatment table. Ferland Mendy, Toni Kroos, and Dani Ceballos continue to work their way back to fitness.
Marco Asensio is in line for a start against Valencia on Sunday with Lucas Vazquez expected to be restored to a benching role.
