Real Madrid will face Elche on Saturday away from home. A victory against Fran Escribá’s men is crucial for Real Madrid to stay tied at the top of the points table.
Los Blancos were exceptional against Osasuna but failed to convert their chances. Even Carlo Ancelloti said he didn’t need to reproach his players for anything in the game.
Elche is currently struggling in La Liga and was able to win just two encounters of the opening eleven.
Modric is fully fit and is expected to start the game against Elche after missing the previous match due to muscle fatigue. Isco has also recovered and is included in the squad.
Karim Benzema, who has been in prolific form this season, has not been included in the squad because of some minor injury. Bale, Ceballos, and Valverde continue to be on the sidelines.

The Belgian will be hoping to keep a clean sheet against Elche and continue his stunning form between the sticks.
Defenders:- Ferland Mendy, David Alaba, Eder Militao, Dani Carvajal
Mendy will always be the first choice left-back for Ancelloti when he is fit. The Frenchman provides much stability to the defense and allows Alaba to make darting runs forward.
Alaba is exceptional at back and will be hoping to make his place in the lineup. The Austrian is the leader of the backline and is very efficient in organizing the defense.
Militao can start alongside Alaba in the center of the defense, as always. The Brazilian is solid at the back but needs to be sharp to resist Elche’s no. 9 Lucas Boye.
The Spaniard has been superb since coming back from injury. Carvajal provides more balance to the team and is always available on the right.
Midfielders:- Toni Kroos, Casemiro, Luka Modric
Kroos is brilliant with the ball and can dictate the play from midfield. The German is very sharp with his passing and can create numerous chances to score.
Casemiro needs to be more efficient on the ball. The Brazilian provides more solidity to the backline when he is in the lineup.
The 35-year-old has been a predominant figure in the midfield for Blancos and is very consistent with his performances. The talented midfield maestro can break open any defense with his creativity.
Forwards:- Vinicius Junior, Luka Jovic, Rodrygo
Vinicius is irreplaceable and has been a constant thorn in the defense for the opposition. Vini Jr. has scored five goals and provided two assists this season.
Luka Jovic could get his first start of the season because of Benzema’s action. It will be a huge opportunity for the Serbian international and he would hope to mark that with a goal.
The young Brazilian is immensely effective on the wings and can whip in beautiful crosses in the box. Rodrygo also drops deep to help the defense.
